Jakarta—On Thursday, January 30, the first day of trading after a three-day trading holiday, shares of companies with renewable energy businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) tended to end in the red zone. Of the eight stocks listed, five ended weaker, two closed higher, and one remained stagnant.
The shares of renewable energy issuers that closed trading in the red zone were PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) which fell 4.95% at 9,125, then PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO,) which fell 2.5% at 975, PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) weakened 0.5% at 1,005, PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) weakened 0.79% at 630, and PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) which fell 2.8% at 208.
Meanwhile, the two shares of renewable energy issuers that ended in the green zone were PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), which closed up 1.5% at 135, and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA,) which gained 1.14% at 89. Meanwhile, the shares of PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA) ended stagnant at level 50. (hs)
