Renewable energy stocks mostly higher on Wednesday, April 23

Jakarta—Renewable energy stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) posted a broadly positive performance on Wednesday, April 23, with five stocks gaining, one declining, and two closing unchanged. The Indonesian Composite Price Index (IDX Composite) closed higher by 1.37% to 6,627.514.

PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) led in value and volume, climbing 1.67% to 6,100, followed by PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN), which rose 2.82% to 730. PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) edged up 2.22% to 138, while PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA) both advanced modestly by 0.56% and 1.25%, respectively.

PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) was the only decliner, falling 2.20% to 890, while PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) and PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA) ended flat at 865 and 32, respectively.
