Shares of Prajogo Pangestu’s conglomerate group’s renewable energy issuer, PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN), became the biggest contributor to the IDX Composite’s weakening, namely 16.1 index points.
BREN shares at 16:00 WIB were parked at 10,725 or weakened by 3.81%. The closing level was also the lowest level of BREN’s stock movement today, even though it had shot up to the highest level of 11,400 at the start of trading.
In addition to BREN shares, the shares of other renewable energy issuers that weakened on Tuesday’s trade were PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA), which weakened significantly by 7.41% to level 25, and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA), which fell 1.87% to level 105.
Meanwhile, PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) recorded an increase of 2.08% to 147. PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) shares gained 0.53% to 955, and PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) shares gained 0.73% to 690.
Meanwhile, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) shares closed at 1,120. (hs)
