Jakarta—Shares of PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) again strengthened significantly on Tuesday, September 10, setting a new record and enabling the Indonesia Composite Index (IDX Composite) to stay in the green zone until it closed.
At 16:00 WIB this afternoon, BREN shares closed at the 11,000s level, to be precise at 11,500 or strengthened 6.98% daily. The closing level was also the highest level of BREN shares in today’s trading.
BREN shares also became the biggest support for strengthening the IDX Composite today, weighing up to 30 index points. Strengthening BREN shares also helped the infrastructure sector strengthen 1.63% that day.
Meanwhile, IDX Composite today closed 0.76% higher to 7,761.38. IDX Composite also set another all-time high again today, where the last time IDX Composite set a record was on September 6 trading. (hs)
