Renewable energy stocks close mixed on Monday, February 24

Jakarta—Shares of renewable energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed mixed on Monday, February 24, with two stocks gaining, three declining, and three remaining unchanged. The Indonesian Composite Price Index (IDX Composite) closed lower by 0.79% to 6,749.601.

Leading the gainers, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) rose 3.28% to 945, while PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA) edged up 4.76% to 44.

On the downside, PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) posted the sharpest decline, falling 8.70% to 6,300. PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) slipped 5.15% to 129, and PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII) dropped 2.01% to 195.

Meanwhile, PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO), PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN), and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA) remained unchanged at 940, 650, and 91, respectively.
