Jakarta—Shares of issuers with renewable energy businesses closed mixed on Tuesday, November 26, a day before the simultaneous regional elections holiday. Of the seven companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), three ended in the green zone, three closed lower, and one ended stagnant.
In Tuesday’s trading, three shares of renewable energy issuers closed in the green zone, all strengthening above 1%. The three stocks were PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO), which closed significantly higher by 10.99% at 1,060, PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN), which gained 2.42% at 635, and PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), which gained 1.54% at 132.
Meanwhile, three stocks that closed lower are PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN), which fell 2.9% to 6,700, PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO), which weakened 0.49% to 1,015, and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA), which fell 1.15% to 86.
The shares of renewable energy issuers that ended stagnant Tuesday were PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA), which was at level 19. (hs)
