Jakarta—Shares of companies with renewable energy businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed mixed today, Thursday, November 28, amidst the weakness in the Indonesia Composite Stock Price Index (IDX Composite), which closed down 0.63% at 7,200.15.
Only three of the seven shares of renewable energy issuers listed on the IDX ended in the green zone. Two stocks closed lower, and two other stocks ended stagnant.
Shares of renewable energy issuers appreciated today, namely, PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN), which strengthened 0.75% at 6,750, PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA), which strengthened 1.16% at 87, and PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), which strengthened 3.03% at 136.
Meanwhile, two shares of renewable energy issuers closed in the red zone today: PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO), which weakened 5.19% at 1,005, and PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO), which weakened 0.99% at 1,005.
Two stocks ended stagnant today: PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) at 635 and PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA) at 19. (hs)
