Jakarta — Renewable energy stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed mixed on Tuesday, June 17, with three stocks gaining, three remaining flat, and two declining. The Indonesian Composite Price Index (IDX Composite) closed higher by 0.54% to 7,155.852.
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) led the gainers with a 2.88% increase to 1,610, recording the highest trading volume at 277 million shares and transaction value of over Rp 442 billion. PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) followed with a 1.19% gain to 6,400, generating more than Rp 103 billion in transaction value from 16.1 million shares.
PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA) edged up 1.15% to 88, while PT Hero Global Investment Tbk (HGII), PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN), and PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA) all closed flat.
On the downside, PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) slipped 0.60% to 830, and PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) dropped 1.60% to 184, despite strong volume of nearly 149 million shares and a transaction value of Rp 27.7 billion.
