Jakarta — Renewable energy stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed mixed on Thursday, June 5, with three stocks advancing, three declining, and two remaining flat. The Indonesian Composite Price Index (IDX Composite) closed higher by 0.63% to 7,113.425.
PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) led the gainers with a 1.91% rise to 1,335, recording the day’s highest transaction value of over Rp 179 billion and volume of 134 million shares. PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (BREN) also gained significantly by 3.25% to 6,350, backed by strong investor interest with a transaction value of approximately Rp 138 billion.
PT Kencana Energi Lestari Tbk (KEEN) inched up 0.60% to 835, while PT Arkora Hydro Tbk (ARKO) slipped 0.61% to 820. Decliners also included PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA), which fell 0.68% to 145, and PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA), down 2.25% to 87.
